Louis Charles Casartelli (14 November 1852 - 18 January 1925) was a Roman Catholic priest and was the fourth Bishop of Salford.
==Early life==
Born of Italian parents at 2 Clarence Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, 14 November 1852. His parents, Joseph Louis (an optician) and Jane Henrietta Casartelli (Ronchetti), had resided in the area for some time.
